640x480 Comparisons

Here are 640x480 pictures taken by the Casio program, M2SimpleCam and 3.3 MegaPixel digital camera so you can see how the programs handle at the highest resolution. This page might not be available always.. my bandwidth allotment is low. :P.

Ok, first question must be why does the digital camera picture look so much nicer, and yet has a smaller file size than the one created by M2SimpleCam?

  1. Sharpness was normal for the digital camera, while sharpness was at high for M2SimpleCam. My mistake.
  2. Digital Cameras, REAL Digital Cameras work differently, better lenses, better sensor, etc. etc.
  3. Were you expecting similar results when a real digital camera cost like 5x to 10x more than your Casio digital camera? ;)
