So.. Super Street Fighter IV was released a few days ago and I've been enjoying a LOT of online matches. The match finding system is much improved about paring people with proper ping levels. Of course when you prefer connection speed instead of similar skill... The fights can get quite interesting.

My weapon of choice is of course the trusty porn stick.

But then after enjoying some very great and smooth matches. I decided I should get serious about the fight.

I need something with a wider heavier base that doesn't slide around.

Something with a nice clickaty click joystick.

And nice clickaty click buttons.

Yes... I decided to go crazy and get a Mad Catz Tournament Edition Arcade Stick

Guess I can't complain about the controls when I lose now eh?

Is that sometimes they don't want to show up. I have to refresh the page to make them appear. Right now with our internet being shot to hell it's hard for me to tell if it's the line or problem with code.

While playing co-op in Splinter Cell:Conviction with my friend I realized something.

When you're knocked out, a bleed out timer starts where your friend needs to come and basically shock you back to working condition. While you're bleeding out you're not out of the game yet, you can still get up and accurately pop headshots into nearby goons. So can someone answer me this?

If I have enough strength to get up, and I can still focus enough to pop MULTIPLE headshots into the nearby enemies... Why the bloody hell can't I just shock myself back to health?

And so... it's job completed, it's main purpose unnecessary. Da Bomb has a few moments with it's replacement the sleeker Pocket Router.

And then contemplates what fate awaits itself...

It's ok... there's no better a fate than to be kept in a proper container.

Ready to be put back into action when the need for a mobile hotspot the size of a insect cage presents itself! Or maybe someone would just need a pocket router with a network jack. But until then... rest easy.

One of the things I felt was a problem with my blog was that the comments were disconnected from any sort of notification since.. well I didn't sign up for anything like that anyway. And lo and behold, Facebook goes and makes some nice commenting plugins that allows any Facebook user to comment and well.. it'll be easier to get in touch with people who are commenting I guess.

This shouldn't slow down the page TOO MUCH, just increase the bandwidth consumed.. hahahaha.

EDIT: Ok.. interesting.. if I put the comment box in the front page, the posts to the news stream would not have any link info at all. Therefore I changed my custom DasBlog macro so that on the front page it only shows the LIKE button which points to the exact link of the post, and when people are viewing the actual post THEN only the comment box appears.
