Ok.. it was practically released a month ago, but Microsoft Sync Toy 2.0 has left the beta stage and has been officially released (hmmm... the url still says beta though)

I really love SyncToy, on my A350 I've already setup the camera so that for every new day a new folder is created to hold the pictures. When I come home after shooting all I do is plug the card into the computer, run SyncToy and everything gets thrown into the computer separated by date.

Extremely convenient and highly recommended if you need a simple tool for syncing files between two folders.
